◆予約について
  • ・予約はWEBサイトのみで承っております。電話でのご予約は承っておりません。
  • ・WEBサイトでの予約受付は、ご希望日の4週間前の午前8時より受付しております。空席状況はWEBサイト上に表示されますので、お客様ご自身でご確認ください。
  • ＜例＞
    　2024年7月14日(日)のツアーを予約したい場合
    　2024年6月16日(日)午前8時より受付開始します。
  • ・20歳未満の方のみでのご参加はできません。必ず20歳以上の方とのご同伴をお願いします。
  • ・多くのお客様にご参加いただくため、同一のお客様による複数回のご予約はご遠慮いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
◆ツアー内容について
  • ・ミュージアムエリア（ヱビスの歴史や進化のご案内）/ブルワリーエリア（仕込釜を中心にヱビスの醸造のこだわりをご案内)/ビアストーミングルーム（YEBISU BREWERY TOKYOで製造した「ヱビスインフィニティ」の試飲体験）の特別な体験をご用意いたしております。
  • ・ブルワリーエリアはガラス越しで一部ブルワリー設備をご覧いただきますが、工場見学は行っておりません。
  • ・すべて日本語のツアーガイドとなります。
◆当日の受付について
  • ・受付時間：ツアー開始30分前から受付を開始いたします。10分前までに受付をお済ませください。
  • ・集合場所：JOURNEYラウンジに集合をお願いします。入り口を入って大階段を降りた左手にございます。
◆キャンセルについて
  • ・【開催日の前日15時まで】こちらのページよりお手続きください。※キャンセルにはご予約完了メールに記載された「予約番号」と「確認コード」が必要です。
  • ・【開催日の前日15時以降】ご予約の施設までメールまたはお電話にてご連絡ください。
  • ・キャンセル手続きをされなかった場合、次回のご予約をお断りする場合がございます。
◆その他ご確認事項
  • ・お車・自転車を運転の方、20歳未満の方（※1）、妊娠中や授乳期の方は、ビールなどの酒類をご試飲できません。
    ※1=年齢確認をする場合がありますので身分証明書をお持ちください。
  • ・介助が必要なお客様は介助者のご同伴をお願いいたします。
  • ・ペット同伴はご遠慮いただいております。（補助犬を除く）
  • ・荒天時や自然災害時など、やむを得ず休業させていただく場合があります。

This is the reservation page for YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO "YEBISU the JOURNEY".

◆For reservation
  • ・Reservations can only be made via the website. We do not accept reservations over the phone.
  • ・Reservations can be made on the website from 8:00 a.m. four weeks in advance of your desired date.
    Availability will be displayed on the website, so please check the availability by yourself.
  • ＜Example＞
    　If you want to book a tour for Sunday, July 14, 2024,
    　Registration will open at 8 a.m. on Sunday, June 16, 2024.
  • ・Persons under twenty years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged twenty or older.
  • ・In order to ensure that as many guests as possible can participate in the tour, please refrain from making multiple reservations by the same guest.
  • ・Regarding the tour content, you will see some of the brewery facilities through glass, but there will be no tour of the brewery.
  • ・Guided tour is conducted entirely in Japanese.
◆About reception on the day
  • ・Reception will begin 30 minutes before the tour start time on the day of the tour.
  • ・Please complete reception at least 10 minutes before the tour starts.
  • ・Please meet at the JOURNEY Lounge, which is on your left after going down the large staircase after entering through the entrance.
◆How to cancel
  • ・【Until 3pm the day before the event】 Please proceed from this the confirmation page.
    You can find your "Booking number(予約番号)" and "Confirmation Code(確認コード)" in the booking confirmation e-mail you received.
  • ・【After 3pm the day before the event】 Please contact the facility by e-mail or telephone.
  • ・Note that if you do not appear without cancellation, we reserve the right to refuse your future booking of the tour.
◆Notes
  • ・Visitors who drive cars or bicycles, are under 20 years old (*1), or are pregnant or lactating may not sample beer or other alcoholic beverages.
  • *1= Please bring your ID as you may be asked to confirm your age.
  • ・If you require assistance, please bring a caregiver with you.
  • ・Please note that guests are not permitted to bring pets. (Excludes helper dogs)
  • ・We may be closed in the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
◆Closed day
Every Tuesdays (or the following day if Tuesday is a national holiday), New Year's holidays, and temporary closing days
